Hiring Signal Indicator (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides hiring intelligence and workforce analytics for investment professionals at hiring-signal-indicator.com.

Account data

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via our authentication provider, Clerk. This data is used solely for account management and transactional communications.

Payment data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Usage data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Authentication cookies (Clerk): Required for sign-in sessions. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Used to measure site usage. These are set only when GA4 is configured.
